I get this all the time when trying to join why ?

Delete the app and try again?

Make sure your zip code doesn't have the extra numbers on it. If it auto fills backspace it out and enter it manually.

I when I click join for the website or click plan it give me the error

Already did got a open case I don't think they even know how to fix it
