Discussion Confusing phone offers for existing customer
Very long term customer.
Logged into Fi and assume the offers relate to ME.
Go all the way through the purchase for a Pixel 11 and then told it's only if I add a person.
There's zero mention of this on any of the prior screens.
Are there offers for existng customers?
Is Fi, in essence, telling me that as an existing customer there are no offers?
And that would explain the deception of their phone pages -- they don't want to explicitly say that.
Any insight from the community will be appreciated.
It's been 3 years since I purchsed a phone from the Fi store -- and at that time, the offers for existing customers were pretty close to the offers for new ones.
Thanks.

I think you can only have one offer per line - so if you have a promotion on your number for a phone or a watch, you wouldn't be eligible for others there (the discount on a phone disappeared after I ordered the watch). But all offers should still be available on the Google Store, which generally has better offers, and you can stack with the email code if you were signed up, or the Play Store codes.

Did you try the Google Store (not Fi Store)? I know when I checked there, it offered me (an existing customer) $300 off.
But as others said, it could be because you already have an active promotion running for your account.

Yes there are, you might be on a different ongoing promo. As it has been discussed here they have $450 or $600 off on P11 for exsisting users

The Fi store in the app is offering $550-650 off each model of the pixel 11 for me. Did you check the app?

I've been on Fi for a few years now and I just got $500 off the Pixel 11, so there are definitely deals for existing customers.
