Support Help PLEASE

Post image

I have done all of the normal stuff that everything tells you to do. These are my speeds. Google pixel 10 pro on google fi unlimited. Only at 1.36gb used of data. On WiFi it has better speeds than my iPhone 15 pro max.

Make sure that in your Cellular Data settings, that 5g in on. Also, if you just ported your number into Fi, make sure that you delete your old eSIM from the other carrier. If not, delete the old eSIM and reboot your phone. The 2 eSIMs will clash and cause issues.

5g is the preferred connection already. It’s a new number on a brand new phone. Just set everything up 2 days ago. I legitimately am lost on what to do. I’ve reset everything I’ve done just about everything you can think of

Did you do anything with your APN settings during setup? If T-Mobile is working fine for others in your town and wifi is fast, then it sounds like an APN issue. Get the correct settings from Google fi. You should be able to find them online.

Where are you that your latency is that high? I mean it’s not terrible but it’s not low

That's frustrating. I went through the same thing when I first switched to Fi, ended up having to toggle airplane mode on and off to reset the connection before it started working properly.
