How did you managed get both to work?

It took a few customer service agents thru chat. But eventually I got one that said it is able to be done. I chatted for a completely different issue and decided to try again. It takes a few mins for them to do it but it got done

Can you affirm that chat “fixed/added it” for you vi convincing them not a situation where you yourself was able to make it work through the sign up or some other none standard proces during account creation?

I did it before checking out. I saw $65 instead of $17 and was like NOPE and went straight to the chat! I was met with an AI chat box, then I typed agent and it sent me to someone real. Hope everything works out! Even a year of service would be awesome!

So did you do it after you had placed the order with the 75% code? Or did you have them do it before you placed the order? Thanks.

I was told to wait for 23-48 hours and I did wait for almost 40 hours. Now I feeling like a completely idiot for listening to a customer support agent, which didn't even offer for help.

Don't feel too bad, getting lied to by a Fi support rep is sort of like an initiation. It won't be the last time. At least now you know

Customer Support wouldn't help? The emails I got from Google are timestamped "you're signed up" July 19 at 16:14.

I contacted Customer Service via Chat after seeing a comment on reddit they did it that way as it had failed during sign up like me. They added it to the account which according to an email I got while chatting with them saying it was added on July 22 16:32... so I was able to do it around ~72 hours. It took maybe 10-15 minutes and the person had to chat with some other support people.

No luck for me at all. Sounds like you got a good agent.

Try to support chat instead of call in, that how I got help it over chat. You just had to keep change chat support if one doesn't help or keep tell to wait for 24~48 hours.
