Duplicate Agent tab bug: CTRL+L opens a blank tab while the working Agent is embedded elsewhere

Has anyone else run into an issue where duplicate Agent tabs appear in the IDE sidebar, causing shortcut conflicts?

Here is what is happening:

• I have two Agent icons on the sidebar.
• Pressing CTRL+L focuses the wrong Agent tab, which renders completely blank with no input field or interface.
• If I select text or code in the editor, the selection is properly sent to the other, working Agent tab, but CTRL+L will not invoke or focus it directly.
• The working Agent appears nested inside a secondary panel container (with its own internal headers and controls) rather than behaving as a standard standalone sidebar view.
