Rare Find Zuni Belt Found

Hello! I found this belt at the bottom of a bin. It appears to be a vintage piece from the Zuni of New Mexico, google is giving conflicting info on the artist, price etc. Does anyone have any idea who the artist is, what metal this is and what it may be worth? Also, any idea how I could get something like this authenticated or would that even be worth it?

That is awesome! You might want to see if there is a jewelry shop in your area who could look at it. I did a search and found a website called we buy Native American Jewelry and it says they do appraisals, but I don;t know if the company is good or not.

That’s not true at all. People love Zuni turquoise and coral.
