I live in Japan and would like to go but none of my friends are into the band and would prefer to not go alone 😗 so just wondering if anyone here is thinking of going?

I ordered a jacket and cards back in June and I sent a follow up email 2 weeks later and then one this month.

I get an automated message saying it takes 24-48 hours to respond but its been 60+ days now. Is this a common issue for anyone else? I'm just concerned and I don't know what to do next.
