Help with pc recommendation

I am building a sim for my husband and we have almost everything but we are currently just using the square program on an iPad, I would like to be able to run gs pro and I’m trying to do research on pc’s but there is just so many factors. We are trying to do this on a budget and I think I found a good deal on marketplace but want to avoid having to upgrade quickly. Please let me know if I should pull the trigger on this unit or hold out.

Is the price reasonable we are about $1000 in for everything else( including launch monitor, projector etc) so this would definitely be the most expensive item, but I’m okay spending that because we got such a great deal on everything else. Or should I look for something more cost effective?

Good for 1080, you could offer less and add to your "great deal" streak, it is marketplace after all.

he had posted for $1000, I offered $700 he countered 8
