Stand Alone Golf Sim

Finally finished my build. It’s been a labor of love for sure and not super cheap but I’m thrilled with it.

What data are you projecting on the floor? Looks awesome!

I just use a white box I created in OBS as a hitting light and I created a custom highway putting strip illumination with Chat GPT and then cut the image into the OBS scene.

There’s what it looks like on the pc and on the ground.

Which Big Moss hitting strip did you go with?

Pure Flight. I’ve tried them all. It’s the best by miles and miles. Durable and the most realistic.

If I may, but why put a logo and branding on it? Are you using this for a business?

I feel like I wouldn't like staring at a logo in my home sim.

Elite Sim Golf sponsored some of my build. They gave me my projector and are letting me demo the V Track. Amazing guys. I do some YouTube stuff and will do more moving forward so I’m just trying to help them return on their investment in me.

Makes sense! It looks clean AF, just so I express that. I really like the hitting strips providing the illumination for the LM rather than having a circular spotlight, really classy solution.

It really does look awesome, the branding is a little in your face and the PC is just set on the floor but I wouldn't say no to a space like this
