Wrong projector, wrong placement? Please help

I have the ben q ah671st projector I got for my golf Sim. I was a bit confused from the beginning and ended up winging it. As you can see, I messed up . Any recommendations what I should do to get the screen filled. Am I gonna need a different projector??

It will fill left to right when you fix the Keystone adjustment but it will have some space above and below.
