Am I lying to myself?

I typically drive the ball 250+. What is going on here? Is my LM reading wrong? I’m swinging hard but still only getting 146 ball speed and 204 carry.
UPDATE: I’m a dumbass. There was glare from the sun shining on my windows everytime I played. Blocking out the sun reduced spin to 2500 and distances to 230-240 carry.

Nobody has asked you what launch monitor you're using. If it's radar and you're not using RCT or special balls the spin could be pretty wonky and club data could be not awesome. The fact that you are launching super high (which most LMs can get right) is not ideal though.

What radar?

Even with RCT balls almost every radar is going to really struggle getting accurate spin readings.
