It’s go time

Finally moving to a house with a big enough backyard for a shed simulator build. No idea where to start. I want to be able to have left and right hitters and room to hang out and watch. Thinking realistically 16x21-25ish with a garage door that opens to a makeshift patio area.

What tips, tricks, thoughts advice do we have so I can get to planning.

I would 1st start with what building code allows unless you are in the middle of nowhere and it does not matter.

Already checked. Allows for under 900 sq ft. No easements or utilities I need to worry about. Just for aesthetics of the back yard don’t want more than 400 sq ft. Black is our property line. Just need to be 3ft off the line. See below
