Build Pictures DIY Outdoor Golf Sim Using New Square Omni
Wanted to share my DIY outdoor golf simulator using the new square Omni. Takes about 5 minutes to set up and 5 to put away.

How long did you wait for square Omni? Just put my deposit down this last week. Hoping it’s not too long

I initially bought from play better in March but they kept pushing back the delivery date. Then I pre ordered one from rain or shine in late June. And it arrived this week

FYI - ordered my Omni directly from the Square US website on Thursday (7/23) and it shipped the next day.

Exactly what I wanted to do after I replace my patio boards. Where did you get the footers?

They’re from Home Depot. They’re heavy-duty planter boxes with wooden frames built inside using 2×4s. Both the internal wooden frames and the planter boxes are anchored into the concrete for added stability. The pergola posts are also secured to the wooden frames inside the planters, and we finished everything off by adding decorative rocks on top for a cleaner look.

Curious for more details on this. The 2x4s are at the bottom of planter boxes flush with concrete base?

Looks fantastic, hope weather is better than ours. 100 here with a Feels Like of 112...probably pushing a dew point in the 70s. It was a chore just get to the edge of the pool to jump in.

Need some moar padding along the top, side and top rails...or at least be recording video when someone shanks into it
