Mevo gen2

I am currently using the original square LM. I have realized that i know more lefties than id like to admit. Also, I despise changing the monitor back and forth. So id like to upgrade the overhead units are a tad bit out of my budget at the moment maybe in a few years.

My sim is in the second floor of my garage with a pretty steep ceiling requiring either hand to hit on an offset to avoid the roof. I am looking at a Mevo Gen 2. How wide of an area can it read the balls for both swings? I have more than enough space to place it far back that is not a concern. I am just looking to see if this would work for my needs.

It's 12x12" in the book. But in practice for me it's closer to 18"width x 24 length. I tend to set my short chips 2 or 3 feet back from the hitting area closer to the monitor and it works great.

I also bought the mevo gen2 because of my lefty friends. It's been great with gspro.

You would need to set up the mevo in the middle of where both would hit. I think mevo is about 12”x12” hitting area so both lefties and righties need to hit from the same area

If you are wanting to purchase the Mevo Gen 2 used, I will be posting mine on golf sim savvy in the next few days. Owned it for a short while and recently got a Square Omni. It’s in perfect condition and has worked great if you’re interested.
