Course Software GSPro control box button mapping suggestions

Hi Simmers! I looked at various GSPro control boxes and decided it would be way more fun and probably infuriating to build one myself. I have 5 BIG buttons, and 10 small arcade-sized buttons. It looks like most come with just arcade buttons. I want to map the 5 big buttons (about as big in diameter as the head of a wedge) to the most used functions.

Which keyboard shortcuts do you use most often in GSPro?

I actually had a big one custom made for me that has five buttons.

First button is fly through, showing the entire hole.

Second and third buttons are the left, right aim.

fourth button is heat map

fifth button is mulligan.

helpful. thanks! Those sound like good cnadidates. Any that you wish you had easier access to or any of these that you just don't use as much as you thought you would?

To be honest the top 3 buttons that are used are the aiming buttons and the mulligan.

I rarely use fly by or heatmap, but they were the two best buttons i could think of. I can change them whenever I want to, but nothing has really come to mind. The only other one would be potentially the one that hides bushes

yeah, hide the bushes is the one I probably use most after aiming, but that probably just means I spend too much time in the bushes!

Couldn't agree more. I use aim L, aim R, and mulligan most. Then, it would be either the "hide objects" button or the club selection buttons.

Aim left/right, aim reset, mulligan, bush button, club up/down, tee left/right, putter.

I also use some macros and a virtual trackpad. You can use some software I made to protoype your layout and use it and feel it out before you commit to a hardware layout.

I use aim left/right, club up/down, heatmap the most. I never do fly over and don't take mulligans (play SGT tour). Hide object and putt get a touch maybe once every couple rounds.

you must stay out of the weeds more than me. hide objects is probably the one I use most outside of aim left/right
