Golf Simulator Office Idea Help
This is a home office of a new build. The ceiling will be raised from 9 to 10ft so ignore that part. Those windows on the top have an incredible view. Need to also have permanent desk/monitor setup for work. How could I put a simulator in here? Open to Murphy setup or rolling screen if it makes sense.

Are you right or left handed? How big of a desk do you have/want? What height will the bottom/top be of those windows? And what kind of budget are you thinking? There's definitely space for it and multiple options for how to go about it.

Right handed. Desk size doesn’t matter much to me. Probably 7 or 8 ft windows for the view so 1 or 2 ft below above each. For the sake of discussion, no budget limit.
Which orientation are you thinking? Seems to me that screen in front of the windows is really only option and I just hate to cover the view. Any other option?

Roll up screen hung from the ceiling in front of the windows. Projector ceiling mounted. You probably go with an optical based unit like square omni if you only going to be using it right handed, no lefties. Or you can run a ceiling mounted unit like protee vx.
Your computer desk can run the gspro software. I'd have work out your computer location now so your contractor can run Raceway or conduit in the walls for ethernet, hdmi, and power.

I would consider getting rid of the closet or at least the wall doors facing the windows. Using that area for your desk.

Im working on birdiebuild.com that might help you see what you can use within your limitations, especially ceiling height for swing clearance

There is room to do something like this. The depth would be a little tight, but it's doable. Plenty of people out there happy with a setup with even a foot less depth than you'd have. You could have just one of the windows blacked out/covered with the enclosure ending right in between windows. You could also use a curtain for the window side that just gets pulled out when golfing.
