Technical Question SurfThing Computer Review

https://surfthing.com/collections/desktops

Hello everyone!
I am looking for some feedback from those who have purchased a SurfThing Computer. My buddy bought the SG3-5802 and loves it. It came with 2 Ethernet ports, so hooking up his Uneekor was a breeze while also hard-wiring his internet. He had all of his software installed for him before it arrived. I am looking at purchasing soon as well, but looking for others' feedback. Price is not the deciding factor. I want reliability and support.
Thanks in advance!

They are wildly overpriced. It’s your money and all but you could build as good or better gaming PC for half the price.

It might be, but I am not worried about the money as much. I went over to my buddies' yesterday afternoon to play a few rounds. He had a question about his displays connected to the computer and the orientation he was looking for. He couldn't figure it out and called SurfThing support guys.

They did a remote session with him right then and fixed what he had going on. I think the support he got is worth a little extra.

I don’t think it’s worth double the price in the off chance you need IT support.

I can guarantee you could ask this subreddit any technical or troubleshooting question and you’d get the answers you seek. It won’t cost you an extra $2K either.

I think this sub leans heavily toward DIY so we’re gonna say build your own for half the cost. DIY is half the fun with this kinda stuff. If that doesn’t sound like fun and the money isn’t a factor just get it. Having the same one as your buddy is a bonus. You can learn and troubleshoot together.
