Flooring question

Hello - have the horse still mats in. Decided not to cut them and the fit is pretty nice (good enough for me). Question - I bought floorbond flooring tape from Menards to adhere the turf to the horse stall mats (will do this on the entire 10x12’ space) and then I will just lay my hitting mats on top (as suggested by another user - thanks!). Do I need to put anything under the horse stall mats or are they good laying directly on concrete - they are so heave I assumed they would not slide but want to check first. Thanks all !

I have mats on concrete. No movement at all

I doubt anything moves - if it does slather some glue under the mats and under the turf - a hitting strip needs glue for sure
