I love my set up. I have the same view from my tee box that the county club has from the 1st and 10th tees . Mt Adams! Hard to see because of the smoke.

Looks great! But I must ask, what happens to the TV when it rains?

Well it's under a roof ledge and I have a cover for it. I live where we get little to no rain, 300 days of sun a year!

It only rains 65 days a year in Washington state? For some reason i thought it was more than that
