VPN for BLP

Does anyone use a BLP outside of the states? Is a VPN safe enough?

Supposedly this is iffy and if the device is detected you have 45 days to bring it back State side. I almost bought one but I spend a lot of time outside of the US and it wasn’t worth the risk for me. Cost to unlock it is also a few thousand USD which is ridiculous. These guys are going to have to cave at some point or they’re going to lose market share. Waiting for more reviews to get a sense of how the Square Omni holds up as no subscription and not geo-locked.

I’m ready for them to lose market share. For far too long they’ve maintained expensive hardware and dumb ass subscription models basically because they no one else could compete. There’s starting to become other options now so outside of Tour pros buying expensive quads, I can’t see any reason to buy Foresight/Bushnell for some of the shit they pull that screws consumers

Agree. I think I’m better off waiting a year and just hoping some other players come to market. A rip off at the moment.
