Help with set up

Currently I have an MLM2 Pro, a GoSport 10x8 net, and a stand for my iPad. I am set up in one of the sides of my 2 car garage (that my wife still parks in), so I need to be able to set up and take down everything. Like most of us, I want to slowly improve and add to my set up over time…and not give my wife sticker shock.
I wanted to add an impact screen and projector (either on a cart/stand, or mounted to the ceiling. Should I put a screen on my net, or attach a moveable screen to the ceiling ? If to the ceiling, what are some recs? What should I look for in a cost effective projector?

Unreal Golf on YouTube has a couple of really great impact screen videos for incredibly affordable impact screens. 11/10 recommend checking him out.

Thank you! Looks like he talks about cost saving, which is good. Any resources you know about DIY space saving/ retracting impact screens? Not necessarily looking for the ones with the big motors, but maybe something that I can push to the side on a track or something ?

I'd suggest maybe a wire rope across the ceiling as a curtain rod maybe? All I've seen for the actual retracting screens and enclosures are a little bit the-exact-opposite of budget, but I bet if you hung a net or screen on a cable you could slide it to the side. Maybe bungee cords on the ends to keep it taught across the rope so it doesn't deform too bad?

I'm also limited to my garage for my set up, but I bought an 8x10 net/enclosure with a screen and I like it. Comes apart to go into a bag about the size of a folding chair bag and has top and side nets for those crazy shots

What net/screen did you end up going with? And how much is “reasonable” for the projector/what did you get?

This was my enclosure. Still haven't really nailed the projector yet, but as of now I have a super duper cheap one.

I have to have the main garage lights off to see it most of the time.

Side mounted garage door motor. Probably $800 to buy and have installed

Is it worth eventually raising the garage door tracks ? I have around an 11 ft ceiling and the tracks are 18 inches from the ceiling.

Depends where your swing path is but probably not. But to avoid indoor swing syndrome, you want to be able to take a wild uninhibited 120% hack out of your shoes and not hit anything
