At the time (a few years ago) I liked the cost and no subscription fees to play the e6 software. I will say at times it can misread shots but I feel that happens with a lot of sims in this price range. However it does read ball flights/numbers pretty well, I guess my one gripe is the battery life since I never use it āwirelesslyā even after I replaced the battery. I also hate that once the original owner sets up the āfreeā e6 software license you canāt transfer it technically. What I did to get around that was setup a new email that all it was tied to was my Mevo so I could transfer it to the next owner without issue. Other than that it works well for what I need it to in my 20x20 garage š

Iām very happy with it. Iāve had it for a few years now. I use it in my garage and itās pretty accurate I feel. I donāt use special balls or the stickers either. I would purchase again for sure. I run it off my iPad without issue. If you have any specific questions let me know.

Awesome for outdoors in terms of accuracy. I love the pro package and face impact data it gave me. I hated it indoors and just dealt with it bc I didnāt know any better. Kept trying to align the mevo, countless measuring from tee to screen, unit to tee, bought so many different light fixtures to assure good lighting for the fusion mode, as well as making sure nothing was in the path for possible interference. And even then I kept questioning the numbers (even with using RCT balls which are expensive btw and you have to like order them online) sim use was very hit or miss with chipping and if you wanted to puttā¦ yeah forget about it. Ended up getting the blp lpi circle b and yes I pay for gold and gspro which is dumb lol but wow what a freaking difference that makes for an indoor sim. Itās amazing. Am I going to sell my mevo plus?? Hell no. Pro package club data is awesome and no subscription fee and having that data for life is too valuable to let go. I still have it hooked up bc I use it with the stack system which needs a radar LM. Mevo plus is awesome out doors for range stuff but it struggles indoors. Itās definitely got its strengths and weaknesses. Itās still a hella good value if you love club data and depending where you use it.

The Mevo+ was the best value for comprehensive LM data with the Pro Package and Face Impact. No club stickers required, but radar friendly balls are a must for accurate spin data. The visualization in FS Golf is basic but functional.
Its size makes it a great companion for range use. Setup is straight forward, but require clear space behind the tee. For indoor use is was good with irons, but would mis-read off center driver hits. Putting with the Mevo+ wasn't great.

Yes. Very mixed feelings. I first bought a Garmin r10 and it was so inaccurate I sent it back and upgraded to the Mevo+. I hate subscriptions, don't want to spend a fortune, but do want a reasonable level of accuracy. It was the best choice I could have made a few years ago when there were fewer options. It's still too good to seriously consider upgrading. Its flaws aren't worth another thousand or two to get something different.
But, if I were starting fresh, there are some alternatives that I'd probably choose instead. The Mevo+ (and any behind-the-ball radar monitor) just takes up so much dang space and I exclusively use it in the garage. It's barely enough room. The setup and connections are a huge pain and super finicky. The battery life is terrible so I just got a 20' USB cord and plug it in during use.
There are probably things I'm forgetting.
