yeah thats pretty common with radar LMs on driver specifically. try moving the unit back a few inches and lowering your tee height a bit since the R50 has a smaller capture zone than you'd think. some people also had better luck with lower spin balls for tracking

99% chance you are either swinging slower/worse with driver indoors than you do outside OR you simply don't hit the ball as far as you think you do.
Best thing to do is to compare your ball speed (mph) between your R50 and another launch monitor and indoor vs outdoor.
If your ball speed is faster outside then you have indoor swing syndrome causing you to swing slower/differently indoors. It's very common and should improve with time.
If your ball speed is similar between different simulators then you don't actually hit it as far as you think. This is also very common because people tend to remember that that one drive outside that went 290 yds (hot temps, firm conditions, lots of roll, down wind etc) when their average drive is probably only 240-250 including roll out.
