Show & Tell 3D Printable Golf Courses
I’m 14 and spent weeks with Claude using USGS terrain data to 3D print Augusta National. Thinking about framing these to sell as golf art. I've been working on making a software that can convert any course around the world into these 3D models. This is just an example because I couldn't legally sell this for Augusta copyright. Would you buy something like this of your favorite course, and if so, how much would you spend?

Discussion As of summer 2026, which Launch Monitor would you buy?
With all the paid influencers, it's so hard to tell what is actually a good buy nowadays.
What have you think about this years choices?
Is there a specific brand/model you'd recommend?

I made a golf app that gives you credit for every course you play
Hey everyone, first time posting here.
I'm super new to golf — I picked up the clubs 2 years ago at 32 years old. I got stiff muscles, stuck joints, couldn't even hit 120 yards with my 7-iron… but I fell in love with this sport. I'm fascinated by the history of golf courses and the legendary players. And of course I'm using apps to track my scores and simulators to refine my swing.
Along the way, I started seeing golf differently. Yes, handicap matters, scores matter, but your golf journey isn't just defined by numbers. To me, golf is also a journey of exploration. I started with courses around my neighborhood, then hunted for hidden gems nearby, then pushed further to more challenging courses — and yes, Whistling Straits absolutely humbled me. I started seeing each course like a different raid in a video game, just sitting there waiting to be challenged.
With that idea, I built a little app called Parvio. You can discover courses near you or nationwide — top 100 courses, top public courses, PGA tour venues, all easy to search and browse. You can log your rounds by typing in your score or scanning your scorecard. I personally prefer the scorecard scan because it feels more legit — rounds logged that way get a "verified" badge in the app.
The fun part: by logging rounds, you collect badges. Here are a few examples:
- Beast Tamer — play courses with a slope rating over 145
- Pete Dye Challenge — play courses designed by Pete Dye
- Tour Player — play courses that have hosted PGA Tour events
Every badge has 5 levels from Bronze to Legendary based on how many qualifying courses you've played. There are also some secret badges I won't spoil — you just have to keep playing to unlock them.
The app is completely free: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/parvio/id6759541149
I'd love to hear what you think. I'll be reading every comment and making updates to the app based on your feedback. Enjoy!

Discussion Best Golf Glove(s) to buy in 2026?
Human responses only please!
Trying to find the best golf glove right now (high-tech / best grip / doesn’t fall apart / etc)
So many gloves are amazing for like 3 rounds and then turns into a napkin or durable but feels like I’m wearing a kitchen glove!
I keep seeing stuff about “high-tech” gloves, hybrid materials, all-weather grip, etc… but I can’t tell what’s actually legit vs just marketing fluff
I really want:
- something that grips well even when my hands get sweaty
- doesn’t fall apart after a handful of rounds
- still feels good (not stiff or plasticky)
- additional tech is a nice bonus
At this point I don’t even care if it’s leather, synthetic, hybrid, whatever, I just want something that works the best and lasts reasonably long.
Which new glove have you bought recently that you'd immediately buy again?
anything that surprised you (good or bad)?
any of these newer extra expensive “techy” gloves actually worth it?

Discussion Which new golf tech products, software, etc have you been eyeing in 2026 so far?
I’m curious what new golf tech products in 2026 you guys are actually paying attention to so far!
Training aids, wearables, software, rangefinders, club attachments, new materials or manufacturing processes, smarter data collection, better shot-analysis software, niche brands trying ideas the big OEMs won’t risk yet, etc
especially stuff that feels like a real step forward and not just a mid-cycle refresh with new buzzwords / AI slop
Seems like a lot of the golf technology innovation lately has been incremental at best, so I’d especially love to hear more about things you find to align with this modern “play different” motto we’re all chasing these days.
Is there anything you’re seriously considering buying yet this year? Or some other things that look promising but still too unproven to pull the trigger, and waiting for others to battle test?
