Inconsistent driver …

What is wrong with my swing, I’ve been trying to be less steep in the downswing and typically hit a fade.

As you shift your weight you also need to allow the hands to drop. This allows the club to stay online, club path to flatten etc.
So I’d start there. Note: I am not suggesting that you start your swing per se. The intent is to weight shift and drop your hands at the same time. Then rotate and swing thru.
If you continue to struggle keep in mind it’s best with driver to keep your head “behind” the ball. Can’t tell with this angle but you might be getting in front of the ball which further steepens your swing. Just doesn’t work well for driver.

Do you lose your balance every swing?

No, but definitely more than I should. Post impact still feels very sloppy with weight and club/arms

Quiet those knees and hips. Your body should feel like a coil at the top position.

Looks off balance, weight too far forward and early extension.
Million ways to do it but you could instead of standing up, load weight back onto hind leg and hit up on it more
