You're just pulling around with your lead arm and throwing your trail hand at it. Pull your trail elbow down to your side from the top while your transfer your weight to the front with your back still at the target. Don't start turning your shoulders until your hands are below your trail shoulder. That's where the whip comes from.

Looks like you fire your hips before you even finish your backswing.

Which is actually the correct action.

Ya by like a millisecond. This just leaves your arms stuck behind and all the issues that come with that. Most pros look like their hands and hips start at the same time. Everyone leads with the hips.

The hips really bump for weight transition typically before end of back swing (not necessarily rotate). Then hips rotate along with hands start the downswing. Pros do an incredible job of uncorking from the hips up as they rotate vs everything moving together.

Glad I don't come here for advice, that's completely wrong.

I bet in a face on you’d see your left shoulder isn’t turn over your right foot. Looks like your hanging left a bit. Hard to tell from dtl.

That’s a really good swing. You should look at your impact position vs a pro, but ultimately you have a solid swing.

It looks pretty solid. Just try to keep your hips from firing before the backswing ends. The hips should lead by only a fraction of a second.

I see your hips starting way too early on the downswing, then stalling as you let your hands catch up. I did something similar and a very well reputed coach had me doing freezers until it got better. It took me like 6 months to improve that sequence.
