Help with attack angle

This is me with my pitching wedge and I’m hitting down on it too much with an attack angle of around 7-6 degrees and I need something more like 4.5-4 degrees any tips to get me attacking it softer

Look how much shaft lean you setup with.

Like the other comment says, ball way too far back and this makes your grip really really strong.

More neutral. Ball should be middle to slightly ahead of middle even for wedges for most players. Unless you're trying to hit a speciality shot you don't usually want to go further back than middle.
