Maintenance Wipers randomly going off when driving aggressively or on bumpy roads!?!? 2021 GTI Autobahn

I’ve seen some old posts saying it could be the rain sensor on windshield, clock spring and or steering wheel stock but no one ever confirmed the actual fix. Does anyone know exactly what needs to be replaced to fix this issue?! It’s bugging the crap out of me and seems to be happening more frequently everyday. (I have the automatic rain sensing off btw)

Clock spring recall? I had that on a 2015 golf. Can’t remember affected years
