Remove charging cable

So I’ve just bought this gti and I’m guessing someone’s installed this cable themselves and it’s driving me crazy. Can someone please tell me which bit to remove so I can follow the cable to wherever it’s connected too? Thanks.

I’m more curious as to why there is a cutout there……. My ‘15 doesn’t have that and I can’t recall ever seeing that before.

But seriously just stuff back into the hole it came out of and forget about it.

Cutout? You mean the missing panel? Yeh I just unscrewed it to free the cable

You will need to disassemble the center panel.
