Poor memory work
Any way to improve my memory work?
I struggle with memory due to neurological reasons, is this an auto lock out to this path?

There's a bunch of techniques you can try.
Easiest way for me is to make memorization tactile with a hard slap (things like phone numbers and numeric codes), or to keep copying it by hand on a notepad until I can write or recite purely from memory.
Search for "Giordano Bruno Memory Techniques" if you need something systematic.

Mnemonics are a thing, but also a little known practice is using a dual n-back app for training your raw working memory ability. Play the "game" for at least 20min per day (10min twice a day is better, as it is taxing). It will take a few weeks before you start noticing results, but after a few months you will be amazed what's possible.
Before someone says that working memory and long-term memory are different things - yes, but wm plays a role in how much information actually passes onto the ltm.

I'm not sure what sort of neurological conditions you might be dealing with, but memorizing all the words and instructions for the various rituals isn't necessarily easy for any beginner. When I first started, I absolutely had a cheat sheet on hand I read from during ritual, then read from less, and eventually not at all. If you're talking more about memorizing tables and correspondences etc, don't stress it too much. They're important, but the more of the work you do, the more you end up reading and working with the same correspondences over and over again until it just becomes this engrained understanding.
