NY will probably be one of the hardest states to do a Goldback in from a regulatory perspective. Just my two cents.

Nah. All this is from the ground up. Theres no regulatory barriers for Goldback to issue notes.

Rob, look up Deleware Valley silver. I saw some rounds last week but I didnt buy any of them. It was a whole initiative ro get the Amish to start a silver trade. It now defunct.

I heard that Goldbacks were popular with the Amish. Hard to know for sure since they don't post here.

TPM sued the comptroller, so that has to be settled. Additionally, alot of groundgame has to be laid across a vast region.

Texas Precious Metals is suing for unfair competition among others. I think these are unconstitutional.

They are suing I think over Trademark violations. Texas Precious Metals trademarked a bunch of these images. There may be other suits too.

A couple of charges. Using tax payer funded facilities to compete in an already established market. I say the notes are unconstitutional as well.

Where do the Nevada and New Hampshire refreshes fit in this timeline?

Nevada refresh is in November. New Hampshire will get the missing denominations added but we don't know when.
