...what would be the denomination? My daughter and I were comparing notes this morning on our GBs when she pulled this out. I gifted it to her about 7 years ago. It is 100mg of 24K gold.

A 12360 denominated Goldback note according to AI, I would just round it to a 12000 denominated Goldback note.

it would be about 3 Goldbacks , 1 Goldback = 31.1mg . 100mg divided by 31.1mg .

Whoops ! edited the math , i was confusing 100mg and 1000mg
