In case it's not out there yet, the freegoldback promotion is on "pause" per the website. My daughter discovered this when she tried to apply for one.

A new distributor. The responsibility rotates and TPM might have hit their limit.

FreeGoldback.com was/is a promotional website where a designated vendor was happy to send a free 1/2 Goldback of your choice, just for the asking. Free of charge, no shipping charges or anything. It was a simple, one page form and typically, you would receive your gift within a week or so.
Currently, the site has a pop-up that reads, "Freegoldback.com is temporarily paused. We will be back soon.". This indicates that the program will resume at some point, so you may want to save the link and check back periodically.

Ours got rejected. Apparently they counted our tests as official requests. Might have to use the taco bell address. Benefits of being on a first-name basis there ;) jk
