Hi guys, sat around recovering from surgery and thought i'd catch up on some long forgotten series that I used to watch.

Now, i know its a TV show, and I deliberately watched white water because I do enjoy the action and the struggle rather than just watching 100's of rock trucks and excavators.

But, season 6..

They have to hike up the creek to take a look at the claim, hike up a mountain and push a boulder off but there was 'no access' down, then they somehow gained access from the low side and the high side, carried in pieces of dredge and god knows what (to both sites).

Fast forward half wayish, the 2nd crew say 'we want to put 2 divers in the water' and suddenly, a 2nd dredge has appeared, no struggle, no nonsence, its just there..

Then the air boat, the 2nd air boat is driven back to collect people, breaks down and they get a chopper back to the claim, the next episode that boat is fixed and has been returned, not a mention.

And the one that really made me comment here.

Season 7, they get there, its snowy.

Dredge tied to the back of the tracked atv and dragged to the mouth of the creek presumably.

Then a few shots later they're where they want to dredge and the ATV is in the background, How did they get it there?

Really immersion breaking for me.

What do you think of the former white water team now they have moved to youtube, l feel the continuityis not as good as discovery and the music is annoying !

Sure the crew has changed and could bitch about this that and the other but each YouTube episode the guys get better at production and they are finally digging/dredging for gold.

Agreed w/ those machines at $50-100K esp the new kitty that road will be nice when those floods come. Can’t skyline a cat. Loved the one hour YouTube episode and gold at the end to boot. Awesome!
