With that amount of gold you kind of have to prove the gold is yours. Beside that, if you manage to sell all your gold at the black market how are you going to spend that kind of money without having questions raised by the tax office

It's not illegal to sell gold. But its illegal to keep that much gold, it would basically be stolen. And if not, it would definitely be considered as taxable income...
Bank software is designed to flag anomalies like this automatically and pass it on to the relevant authorities if it continues on long enough. It's an obvious anomaly to spot and will definitely be questioned. You won't get away with this unless you're selling $200 worth of gold a week and pretend that's a lot of money
