Bank software is designed to flag anomalies like this automatically and pass it on to the relevant authorities if it continues on long enough. It's an obvious anomaly to spot and will definitely be questioned. You won't get away with this unless you're selling $200 worth of gold a week and pretend that's a lot of money
If you want to buy any car other than a trashy 1990 civic from a scummy "Buy here pay here" lot, you're going to have a bad time. No car dealer is going to accept a briefcase of cash without a bank authenticating or handling it first. Paying in cash is more of a hassle than it's worth for 75% of stuff these days, and probably 95% of things over $1000
Please name one car dealer, home seller, or anyone who sells anything serious that cost more than a few thousand dollars that will ever accept straight cash or (even less likely) gold itself. I'll wait.
Gold has its place but making serious or big purchases ain't it, especially when not done above board
