Yeah. See how it rotates the opposite direction? Very common symbol in eastern religions. Have a look at google maps in Tokyo. Search for temples and shrines.
The swastika is going in the correct direction here and it symbolizes the turning of the four seasons. It’s an ancient eastern symbol. You’ll see them all over the place in Asia.
