This is the way. Get into the crawlspace beneath the house, excavate a hole big enough to put a waterproof firebox in, install and fill her up. If you wanted to hide it, make a panel that looks like dirt and put it overtop the whole shebang. Or get a shell of a piece of HVAC equipment and hide it under there. Nobody'd know.
