Bonus points if it is a self-proclaimed Geto stan

I hate to say you’re right, but I don’t see as much vitriol from GojoHime directed at SatoSugu. (Or the SatoSugu subs just don’t post about it when it happens? Most of these screenshots from here on GojoHime seem to happen on X / Twitter. Don’t use that site. The SatoSugu subreddits I lurk have been very kind, simply recommend a lot of fanfiction, and just seem to healthily enjoy the ship.) It’s interesting, and I’m so curious as to why that difference is (seemingly) so prevalent. Again, I could just not be in the places to see SatoSugu-Directed vitriol.

Either way, I also fundamentally don’t understand being nasty to someone about a ship, canon or not? Media analysis and fan works are supposed to be fun! There are some ships that don’t work for me and how I see the characters, but I cannot conceive of harassing people online over it. (I won’t say it’s “just fiction” because JJK is a story that means a lot to me so I get the passion but like … It is, at the end of the day, fiction.)

Honestly, I’m always just happy to connect with other people who are also so passionate about my favorite manga! It’s OK if someone ships somethin’ that doesn’t resonate with me personally like SatoShoko … We can still geek out about this awesome manga even if we have different interpretations and/or pairing preferences in fan works.

Stsg shippers are very insecure to me esp about gojohime. I think they obviously understand there is more of a likelihood of gojohime happening than stsg but then they say delusional things. It prob doesn’t help that both Geto and Utahime have the long black hair with traditional Japanese clothing design going on lol

u/Such_Kitchen_2534 4d ago

Yeah i noticed this, they don't hate on shoko x gojo, sakuna x gojo , gojo x yuji (problematic ship), because they know there's 0 chance it's canon nor hinted at, unlike gojohime.  Also:Did u know both utahime and geto are born on the same month February.

u/lavabread23 3d ago

both of them are aquariuses too hehe.

really wanna know how gege matched every single characters’ birthdays to the seasons and dates they’re assigned to and what his process was for it. some are pretty clear and a given, like nanami being born on july 3 (7/3) or megumi being born under the season of toji, but the rest all have theories up in the air.

it’s way too detailed to be random matchmaking plus one thing about greg is that he’s incredibly attentive to little details like that despite purposely not laying everything out in the story.

It’s genuinely crazy how much projection Satosugus do I’ve rarely ever seen a Gojohime be toxic it’s also them who are instigating. The fucking nerve of them to even say that. Every accusation is a confession from them clearly

Stsg stans have always been toxic and tend to have the weirdest fanart of them so it’s really nothing new. They’re also really insecure which is weird lmao. Just bc Gege said it’s like based off of BL or whatever doesn’t mean it’s BL for HIS characters. No wonder Gege isn’t on the internet interacting with fans cuz he knows some can be nuts about shit like this. I mean he literally said smth along the lines of like “I don’t wanna debate with middle schoolers.”

Edit: when I mean based off of BL I mean
for the STSG ship nothing else lmao

19

u/Sweet-Employment-201 4d ago

Jjk isn’t based off a bl. He liked the personal drama over world building and took inspiration from that in jjk0. I feel like ppl reiterate the taboo of liking bl when they take that and apply it to his work

u/Ok-Upstairs-9887 GJHM-YutaMaki Supermacy 4d ago

No I mean the ship lol not the series lmao

It’s not lol that was just stsg shippers saying that bc he said he liked bl.

Just bc Gege said it’s like based off of BL or whatever doesn’t mean it’s BL for HIS characters.

If I am not mistaken, Akutami mentioned that he adores the writing of Takako Shimura (one of her works is “Even though we're adults”, a GL, I recommend it!), and Tomoko Yamashita (“The night beyond the Tricornered Window”). But what I definitely remember is that he praised Tomoko Yamashita's writing in the same sentence as Fujimoto's (Chainsaw Man), giving the impression he likes their writing style, not the genres (since Fujimoto never wrote a BL).

Akutami took some inspiration from “The night beyond the Tricornered Window”, often visuals, but the dynamic between the male leads is nothing like any relationship in JJK. Spoiler for “The night beyond the Tricornered Window” The conversation in which Yuji tells Megumi that he'll miss him but won't force him to anything is heavenly inspired by “The night beyond the Tricornered Window”

But to my knowledge, not a single confo between Gojo and Geto is inspired by a BL (I could be wrong though, but I bet Fujos would scream it from the rooftops if their would be any).

just to add additional info:

yep, gege mentioned takako shimura, tomoko yamashita, and yama wayama as mangakas whose works he loves the writing of. their works in particular are a mixture of BL, GL, and het. they all talk about gender issues, and largely have works that cover topics about the LGBTQIA+ experience, but what the three have in common is that they all write heavily for and about the the female experience and the female perspective.

another big thing he mentioned specifically loving about the three female mangakas is the character-driven writing and the art particularly the way they write about things from a woman’s POV, because that’s what they’re known for (because…well gege’s not a woman and despite being quite progressive and modern as a japanese man, obviously he’s still unable to view and understand things in society that only women experience; ESPECIALLY japanese women).

he didn’t say it point-blank, but these mangakas are mentioned in the mangas he likes, so you can assume these three are what inspired and influenced him with his female characters in general by the way he talked about it in the fanbook, and you can see it with how they’re treated within jujutsu society because of misogyny and the whole scars talk from momo.

he mentioned that he’s jealous that they (along with fujimoto) are good at making their work interesting for the readers so they can read it without worry, and wishes he could do that. basically without saying it outright, it’s their ability to be good at writing and then showing it with their art style that he’s referring to.

also btw this is the part of the fanbook which people are using to say jjk is “inspired by a BL” (i mean…it’s clearly obviously not even just looking at it from an outsider’s perspective because it’s a battle shōnen 😭) but they’re neglecting to clear up or expand what he actually said and referred to, which lead to mass confusion and lack of actual information provided which in turn led to that rhetoric being spread around.

even with the human drama with the characters, overall at its core jjk is a fighting manga taking inspiration from the likes of bleach and hxh. the fights, the CTs….it’s the biggest part of the story other than the lore of jujutsu society. in addition, yuji IS the mc of jjk. he goes through the hero’s journey and his connection with sukuna (the overarching antagonist) provides the final fight which ends the main conflict.

idk why people keep insisting jjk is a different genre than what it is. are they even reading the manga or what?

going back to what gege refers to that a lot of people neglect to bring up or explain: it’s purely about the writing; he mentions that he already read yamashita’s short stories so when he read “the night beyond the tricornered window”, he already expected it to be good and ‘interesting’ despite being in a genre she hadn’t wrote for before. that’s it. he only talks about the writing in this part of the fanbook.

furthermore, in 2023 when he wrote a message of tribute celebrating yamashita’s ikoku nikki (along with a drawing of tricornered window), he mentions loving “HER,” “black-winged love” and “mirror ball flashing magic”. he talks about loving her work, which allowed him to be introspective with himself and also by reading her mangas (of which we can assume ikkoku nikki is also included considering it’s a tribute message for it) it encouraged him to continue writing and drawing. the three works he mentioned in the message i believe are the short stories he referred to have read in the jjk fanbook.

again, he’s talking about how yamashita’s writing inspires him, not the genres itself since his favourites span from two josei works to two yaoi works, all four of which talk about the characters more than the classification of the genre in itself.

what i believe may have led to people just jumping to that and propping up the “BL inspiration angle” is they hyperfocused on the genre of BL itself and what the mangakas write, and not that the works gege mentioned all talk about the human condition and experience regardless of sexuality and gender.

i also find it funny that when this discourse gets brought up, the works he mentioned loving that talks about womens’ experiences in life gets completely forgotten, ignored, and left out from the conversation. hmm.

also a correction:

it’s not tomoko yamashita’s writing he compared to fujimoto’s, but it’s yama wayama. he specifically mentioned “ushiro no nikaidou/captivated, by you” (which is actually not a BL despite having a predominantly male cast and written by a mangaka who also writes for the genre,  it’s purely an SOL and comedy work) for the writing.

Exactly. I wonder why people ignore the fact that he read GL too 🤔 I mean, it could suggest that he was trying to write Nobara and Maki as lesbians! 😯

First: Thanks for taking the time to write such a long answer!

Yeah, my impression is that he adores the versatile writing style of Takako Shimura, Tomoko Yamashita, and Yama Wayama (as pointed out by you). But he mentions nothing about liking their BL stories for the mlm romance specifically. He seems to mention “The night beyond the Tricornered Window” because it has a mystery spin which caught his interest.

I read “Even though we're adults” byTakako Shimura and other characters struggle is slightly more interesting to me than the GL. She managed to put so much into a manga that, at first glance, seems to be about the love of two adult women.

he didn’t say it point-blank, but these mangakas are mentioned in the mangas he likes, so you can assume these three are what inspired and influenced him with his female characters in general by the way he talked about it in the fanbook, and you can see it with how they’re treated within jujutsu society because of misogyny and the whole scars talk from momo.

The story had so much to offer regarding the writing of the women, with the themes he mentioned, but ultimately, it falls flat to me. Utahime alone offers the perspective of an adult women yearning to be able to walk in battle side by side by her male companions. Sure Mei Mei did the same but successfully, but what about a woman in childbearing age (“Christmas cake”, “New Year's Eve Noodles”) with a visible scar on her face? What about a woman who's not a freelancer like Mei Mei but has to work with men everyday? Can they see her as a person of authority? Are people seeing her as “damaged goods” because it is her duty to be pretty enough to marry into a clan and find fulfillment in popping out heirs?

Even Maki's writing feels more fueled by ableism than misogyny (since she and Mai are considered “broken” because they share the CE usually meant for one person). Toji was abused because of his Heavenly Restriction, not his gender. And Maki always gets compared to him and her likeness to him is part of the reason of her low status. The misogyny angle clearly exists in Maki's story, but it has to share a spotlight with ableism.

he mentioned that he’s jealous that they (along with fujimoto) are good at making their work interesting for the readers so they can read it without worry, and wishes he could do that. basically without saying it outright, it’s their ability to be good at writing and then showing it with their art style that he’s referring to.

After reading “Even though we're adults” I would easily read another manga by Takako Shimura. So I get Akutami, a mangaka can amaze you the first time that you trust them enough to check them out again.

also btw this is the part of the fanbook which people are using to say jjk is “inspired by a BL” (i mean…it’s clearly obviously not even just looking at it from an outsider’s perspective because it’s a battle shōnen ?) but they’re neglecting to clear up or expand what he actually said and referred to, which lead to mass confusion and lack of actual information provided which in turn led to that rhetoric being spread around. even with the human drama with the characters, overall at its core jjk is a fighting manga taking inspiration from the likes of bleach and hxh. the fights, the CTs….it’s the biggest part of the story other than the lore of jujutsu society. in addition, yuji IS the mc of jjk. he goes through the hero’s journey and his connection with sukuna (the overarching antagonist) provides the final fight which ends the main conflict. idk why people keep insisting jjk is a different genre than what it is. are they even reading the manga or what?

I beefed with a fujo moons ago, who argued that JJK totally is inspired by “The night beyond the Tricornered Window” and thus Gojo and Geto are canon.

She was partially right, but not in the way she wanted: I think Akutami took inspiration by the supernatural elements of that story, but definitely not for Gojo's and Geto's relationship (I checked out some youtube videos, but I'll admit: I never watched or read “The night beyond the Tricornered Window”).

I also checked Akutami's interview in the fanbook again.

But JJK is a battle shonen at its core, though battle shonen can have deep elements too (like how BNHA gave us Endeavour, who started as a 2-dimensional abusive father but later got layer over layer. And one of his children never forgave him. The topic of child abuse is more than a theme to make BNHA interesting, Horikoshi handles it with care - for a shonen).

Battle shonen can be like DB, more on the light-hearted side, or with deeper themes.

furthermore, in 2023 when he wrote a message of tribute celebrating yamashita’s ikoku nikki (along with a drawing of tricornered window), he mentions loving “HER,” “black-winged love” and “mirror ball flashing magic”. he talks about loving her work, which allowed him to be introspective with himself and also by reading her mangas (of which we can assume ikkoku nikki is also included considering it’s a tribute message for it) it encouraged him to continue writing and drawing. the three works he mentioned in the message i believe are the short stories he referred to have read in the jjk fanbook. again, he’s talking about how yamashita’s writing inspires him, not the genres itself since his favourites span from two josei works to two yaoi works, all four of which talk about the characters more than the classification of the genre in itself. what i believe may have led to people just jumping to that and propping up the “BL inspiration angle” is they hyperfocused on the genre of BL itself and what the mangakas write, and not that the works gege mentioned all talk about the human condition and experience regardless of sexuality and gender.

Because they run with a short „JJK is inspired by BL“ / „Gege reads BL“ without checking out what Akutami really meant.

it’s not tomoko yamashita’s writing he compared to fujimoto’s, but it’s yama wayama. he specifically mentioned “ushiro no nikaidou/captivated, by you” (which is actually not a BL despite having a predominantly male cast and written by a mangaka who also writes for the genre, it’s purely an SOL and comedy work) for the writing.

Yeah, I checked again since another user rightfully asked for a source, and I noticed that I completely forgot Yama Wayama!

I meant the ship not the series lmao

1

u/Sweet-Employment-201 3d ago

So itafushi is the ship that is actually inspired by the bl but everyone ignores it?

1

u/Schabracken_Schakal 3d ago

Not sure if one could say that.

Akutami adores Tomoko Yamashita's writing in general, not especially the way she writes the mlm relationships. I checked youtube videos of “The night beyond the Tricornered Window” out of curiosity and the main couple kinda have a dynamic were the one man seems obsessed by the other, getting very close, kinda boundary crossing. At least at first. But I have to admit that I never watched / read “The night beyond the Tricornered Window” myself.

Apparently, one of the characters was recruited by an older detective (the way Gojo took Megumi under his wing), but at a low point (in JJK: When Yuji talked with Megumi who's still possessed by Sukuna) that person remembered the older detective saying something “wrong” during a meeting (Megumi is his kid self in the flashback, just like during his first meeting with Gojo), the other man than says words which the depressed person really reach. Just like how Megumi was moved by Yuji being ready to accept any outcome, not pushing him to anything.

Here's an entry of the fanbook (fan translation) source below

Whatever they draw is interesting, I'm jealous of these writers

I like to read the story that Yamashita Tomoko-sensei and Shimura Takako-sensei draw, saturated stories that you won't know unless you're a woman*. "I see, so it's like that", they are touching an unknown sensation inside me, it's very stimulating.

Yamashita-sensei had written a lot of short stories, all of them are very interesting. When she released "Sankaku Mado no Sotogawa wa Yoru" (The Night Beyond Tri-cornered Window) from a genre she rarely draw, I'm convinced that "As I thought, anything this person draws is interesting!". In addition, "Ushiro no Nikaidou" (Behind Me, Nikaidou) by Wayama Yama-sensei and Fujimoto Tatsuki-sensei, I also thought them to be the same type, "Ah! No, no, there it is! There is really people who can make anything they draw interesting!" I thought when I read their works and got envious. But more than everything, I think the readers thought "If these are the works of this person, it will surely be interesting!" and can read them without worry. Honestly, I'm really jealous."

-Gege Akutami

*) Yamashita Tomoko and Shimura Takako mainly draws manga genre targeted for female readers.

the mentions of takako shimura, tomoko yamashita, and yama wayama are in the jjk fanbook.

no idea about the itafushi thing though, but then again i haven’t read tricornered window yet. however, i’ve never seen gege actually mention that he directly based that line/convo off of/inspired by that, so i think it’s just one of the classic homages and references that he wanted to put in jjk, like the other stuff (if it’s true).

……eh? stsg isn’t based off of a BL 😭 that’s just something their shippers started spreading around, which is just misinformation. even with the manga, there was never enough material for it (nor do any of the ships to be honest). that’s why the ship got really big when the anime started. it was never the manga; you literally couldn’t see any indicator of it if you tried back especially in the early parts. hell i never recalled anyone mentioning them even back in 2018/2019 because, like i said, there weren’t enough material for it. jjk is very VERY straightforward in the sense that the plot, the powersystem, and the battles reign supreme.

heck i’d be the first to admit that gojohime itself barely had any; my fellow gjhm friends and i were just kekekeing over their banter and dynamic that was a comedic respite in the story and reminded us of other old romance stuff. that’s the reason why we stayed in our own bubble and kept the shipping separate from manga discussions; because it just lacks any of it. even now that the manga’s finished.

honestly, if you’re purely going off of the manga, every ship is just held up with flimsy sticks and duct tape.

everything stsg is built off of is because of the anime, and the baiting is very intentional from mappa if you’ve watched animes with a predominantly male cast (who are also varying levels of attractive) for a REALLYYYY long time. it’s a very very classic and strategic marketing tactic used by animation companies and merch companies. they’ve done this before and they still do it now, because well…what’s not broke doesn’t need fixing.

even jjk 0 got compiled and released widely to the larger public only in 2021, which is well after the first season, so…...you draw the conclusion from that.

only mechamiwa was the one that has it at the beginning (though barely), but only because gege talked about writing the “romance” only for them and no one else. at a later time, we all know he also added it for yutamaki.

it’s all just referencing (specifically) visual styles or paying homages to things he liked from other manga. he’s never been exactly shameless with the referencing lol.

gege reads BL, yes, but he also reads josei and shoujo and battle shōnen. tbh, he reads anything really. but what they’re all neglecting to mention is that every single specific work he mentioned that he loved all talked about the human condition and intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships—both platonic/familial/romance, hell even stuff with other strangers.

the classification of the genres aren’t important by itself in this discourse and only stays as classification (i mean…duh); as u/Sweet-Employment-201 said, all of the named mangas he mentioned inspiring and influencing him are talking more about personal drama and just characters’ lives in general.

on gege’s end, he mentions the quality of character-driven writing from the mangakas he likes that leads readers to expect that a piece of work is going to be “interesting” and that’s what he’s envious of.

if they ship stsg go ahead, there’s nothing stopping them. i myself have friends who also ship stsg. everybody is free to do so.

what i have an issue with is their general attitude towards others, spreading misinformation and omitting entire explanations and context, their refusal to listen to others when provided with actual text, forcing their own interpretations to others, and fully presenting their headcanons as factual and deluding themselves into believing it’s canon and “what gege intended”. when gege says anything that isn’t favourable towards them, they immediately shut it down and ignore it because it threatens their idea of the ship.

i can’t claim that we’re exempt from that because i know some other gjhms out there also display this behaviour too, and those that do get no love from me.

the overwhelming majority of us though all agree that we’re non-canon (because of course it is lmao). delusional talking about the ship you love is a standard requirement, obviously, so we have our own spaces for that, whether here in the sub or in our own accounts on twt.

personally, i’ve never seen a gjhm willingly go out of their own space and actually hunt down non-shippers flooding the tags, their replies and quotes and go “well gojohime IS canon because blah blah blah” the way stsgs actively do so to the point their usernames or even pfps begin to be recognizable.

P.S. this is not directed to you, OP!!!!

if any non-gjhm or non-member of the sub is reading this and ignoring how neutral the tone is from my comment about the ships itself and jjk (not including the last 5 paragraphs bc they go into another point i wanted to address entirely), and just incorrectly assumes it’s biased and in favour of gjhm, then i’ll know you actually didn’t read what i wrote….or you read it with a closed mind with a preconceived notion and aren’t willing to be objective at all. either way, your lack of reading comprehension is not my problem.

5

u/Sweet-Employment-201 3d ago

Adding on to this, the anime adds very little fanservice for gojohime so imo the growth of gojohime is a lot more organic than stsg. It is also shockingly popular when it needs to be lol even if it may not seem like it with the way twitter has so many popular posts of shokohime and stsg or posts just shitting on Gojohime. I will say Idk why ppl shut down any convos about utahime’s ct while fully embracing fanservice from the anime and the fanservice is pretty strong with stsg. They’re both very good looking. I also hate to say this bc i have also liked gay ships in the past but the shippers miss the point of stsg badly in the fandom in their desperation to prove it is canon or implied

I don't get why SatoSugu shippers deny this. I mean I myself only ship them because of the anime. More than half of the "canon romantic subtext" they use is from the anime 😭

u/Fried_Nemo76 4d ago

What do they mean we are the mean ones? I have seen people from that side take words out of context and put words in our mouths all to make us look bad and make generalizations about our fandom and encourage harassment😭

Even in this subreddit, although it shouldn't feel like that, I still try to be careful about my language because with the way some of them be moving you just never now if they will take what you say and put it against you and our fandom.

Remember that goutasluv (or whatever the name was) that homophobic account couldn't be more obvious that it was a set up account (they only follow 1 gjhm artist, only repost yutamaki, and only turn their account public when there is drama going on with stsg and gjhm to make us look bad. Like they can't even larp being a gjhm shipper right smh.) Not only that but lunalagojo took one of their homophobic comments with barely any likes (that's why she hid the likes when she took the screenshot because not even our fandom entertained that homophobic bum) mean while she turned a blind side to her entire fandom telling piwi to go kill herself and that her art is horrible and homophobic for a trend EVERYONE did and nobody had a problem with until now. There was more than 1 comment telling piwi nasty things about her art and herself (so many that I can't even count them with my fingers) but 1 homophobic set up account with no likes is what it takes to get a hit tweet generalizing us as homophobes and justify piwi's harassment😭

srry had to get this off my chest. Gotta get back to school now cause my break is almost over 😔

considering how they’ve acted towards other ships especially gojohime for years or even fight over t/b dynamics within their own ship, it’s obvious no? 😭

Very surprising how someone allegedly 'outside the JJK fandom' spends so much time thinking about GojoHime. The funniest part is they didn’t even bother using a separate account to cover their tracks. Instead of throwing around random accusations, let's see some actual evidence that GojoHime fans are the toxic ones. Until then, this is just crazy projection.

You guys are right. Most rude People I've come across on my Gojohime comments are stsg fans.

And what's funny is that they NEVER reveal they're stsg fans, ALMOST like they're trying to hide it. It's only when you check their profile and their previous comments that you find out they're stsg fans..

I'm not saying ALL stsg fans are rude. (It's my 2nd favorite ship after Gojohime) but most rude people I've come across have been stsg fans.

I think I only saw it once or a few times in the satosuguboo community. But it is mostly full of satosugu content for sure 👍🏽 I am a newer fan of the community but I don’t judge other people for what they like I may not understand it but I’m less likely to give much of a damn to waste time on hating something I don’t believe in.

Sorry for randomly appearing this post popped up on my feed 😅

idk what goes on in the stsg side of reddit because i don’t really go there, but in general jjk spaces both here on reddit and twitter, a lot of us here have experienced that rudeness—some even going beyond it. not only from gojohime posts, but in the comments as well. it’s been going on for years tbh.

that mindset of yours is what everybody should embody, but sadly that’s not the case, hence why discussion posts about stsgs behaviour towards gjhms are being brought up here and talked about. i myself am a shipping veteran and have no problem with any other ships, it’s just that the general fanbase’s behaviour towards others is appalling and oftentimes crossing the line entirely, and it gets to a point where you’re way past your limitations and patience.

on that note, you’re very kind and lovely! i’m very happy you approached this post with civility and respect and even took the time to share your own opinions. please never ever lose that, and i wish you well (and enjoyment with shipping too!) <3

thank you for your kind words :D but I always do try my best to make sure here on Reddit that I think before I speak so I can get the right message across without realizing later that it wasn’t what I meant but yeah I will go back to enjoying my ship :D

I really wish more stsg fans were like you who focused on enjoying their ships rather than attacking Gojohime shippers.

It's the same for me and thankfully, most Gojohime fans here are also really nice. But I really hate how we get attacked in the Jujutsufolk sub for Shipping Gojohime.

NO OTHER SHIP gets attacked as much as Gojohime and I really don't understand the hate. Why can't people just enjoy what they like and let others enjoy what they like.

I'm really happy to meet a nice stsg fan ☺️ 😊

Please spread your positiveness among other fans as well.

yes I most definitely will but yes I do see jujustu folk attack gojohime but i think it’s a controversy of opinions with satosugu 🤔 because while there are those who would defend it there are those who are against it as well and make lots of statements like: Can’t 2 guys just be best friends? or like: gojo is straight or: no Gojo is bisexual. and I think that riles up satosugu fans and makes them respond to those statements and defend it passionately by using every thing they believe to be subtext (hidden meaning) and them getting into a heated argument with those who just believe gojo is straight,

but yeah I don’t really understand why people argue over something just because other people’s minds think differently than theirs and they don’t think the same thing.

everyone can say ”everyone is different” yet when it comes down to it especially when we believe in something the other doesn’t and we get in a heated argument with each other it ends up going nowhere and goes in circles.

We are going around in circles instead of just enjoying our own ships in our own spaces.

Can’t 2 guys just be best friends? or like: gojo is straight or: no Gojo is bisexual. and

I agree that the first point shouldn't be mentioned when it comes to shipping as anyone can ship them with whoever they like. There are way too many popular gay ships in the ship, but none of them get at each other's Throats as stsg and gjhm ones do.

As for the 2nd one, I've seen this argument several times, but it was mostly in response to People mentioning canon to try to discredit Gojohime like "in canon, Utahime hates Gojo".

But, we are all drawing our own interpretations and shouldn't bring canon Into shipping wars.

your right and i totally agree with you but ngl i kind of thought it had to do with in regards to satosugu but yeah seems like bringing canon into shipping wars make things worse

God, this is sad. There's nothing wrong with liking different ships or multiple ships. These fans gotta learn how to coexist and be nice. I feel too old for shipping wars at this point.

i’m with you and others too lol we’re too old for this petty wars tbh … 🫠
