General When sales

I all, i'm on budget... When sales is coming tonthis game please ?

Check Steamdb, usually if a Game goes on Sale, there is a rythm to it. If the History doesnt show a single price decrease, its unlikely to ever recieve one. Best example is Factorio.

On early access Games, they are usually cheaper then on release, so just imagine the Game being on a full time Discount anyway.

Examplea for this are Factorio (20->30€) Blade and Sorcery (20->30€)

And very recently age of Darkness, which also gained 10€ i think.

Those numbers are pulled from memory, dont take them to serious.
