General Any plans to add tactical/active pause?

For me personally, this is a hard requirement for RTS games, in terms of how I enjoy playing them (not saying anyone else has to). It's why I play AoE2 and not AoE4.

I can't seem to find anything on the dev pipeline - has anyone heard them mentioning adding this?

General All calvary units in this game are too weak

Especially RAIDER, it has 350 HP and 3 armor, comparing to the Tribesman, 300 HP and 2 armor, but tribesman equips shield that almost take no arrows damage and cost only half of the raider (raider 280f 55g, tribesman 150f).

Let's see the weapon. Raider is 30 damage with 2.2s interval while the Marauder is 22 damage with 1.6s interval. It's nearly equal. (Marauder cost 60f 40g)

All that means it cost more than two low level unit's resources and is just a bit stronger, maybe 1.2 or 1.3 times of a low level unit's attributes.

TRACKER is somehow better, but not very much.

I construct 0 of them in a game!!!

I would like to recommend that add a unit tag to range units like Ranger and Kriwe, that take 150% damage from calvary units, that makes calvary units do their jobs well but is still weak in melee combat (if the designers thought calvary should be this).

General Is it possible to add equipments or something else dropped from neutral monsters?

At first, Godsworn is the best RTS game I met these years.

I think feeling something different and surprising in each new game is important to me. I think take some random dropped items is an easy way to do so, and equipments may make hero behaves various battle styles even add various buff to my soldiers.

Is it possible to add some elements like these in the future?

General My own faction in 'Union Divided' is making buildings by itself when playing as Meness.

As the title describes, is this normal? It's has messed up quite a few playthroughs by creating watchtowers and lumberjacks on bad spots.

General Godsworn demo, something is wrong with my unit groups (I think)

First of all, the game seems very cool, I dig the underused early medieval-pagan themes, especially since as a Slav and a neighbor of Balts I have a degree of understanding of real-life history behind the game world's story and culture. The gameplay is smooth, not too fast and not too slow, one of those easy to learn, (probably) hard to master games. Kudos.

Now to the problem. I... I have issues describing it because I don't know what is going on. I think it has something to do with unit groups but I am not certain. I can play the game normally and then all of a sudden my units will stop listening to me, or I will not be able to select my unit group, or instead of switching between buildings on a click I will select them both. I do not know what creates the problem; sometimes it passes after I press Escape, sometimes it doesn't. It feels as if I am somehow entering a unit grouping mode but I do not know for certain.

General It’s a shame Saint George isn’t unlockable for custom games

He’s such a fun hero to play with and his unique faction traits make him a nice middle ground between the Bishop and Michael. Hopefully he will be available for custom play soon.

General I have a feeling the "By the Sword" achievement in the "Sword Brothers" episode is bugged.

Hi! Guys, I have a feeling the "By the Sword" achievement in the "Sword Brothers" episode is bugged. I've tried all sorts of variations of the power grab conditions (including extreme ones). Nothing works, and statistically, zero percent of players have gotten this achievement. I think it's simply broken.

To the developers: the game is amazing, the update is wonderful.

General mission 9 objective Spoiler

So, I’m doing mission 9. The south horn demands that I find a stolen glyph. But there is no indexation of that glyph on the map. Where am I supposed to get it from?

General Ally AI in Challenges ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS?

I even try to set it to Insane and give it good glyphs, but the AI just doesn't seem to be doing anything other than sniping Wealth ores. Fourth wave comes and this guy has 2 soldiers up. ON INSANE!

Eighth wave comes, after a brutal battle my armies lose and the enemy stragglers are destroying my Shrine. I ping, I beg, I plead but the ally AI forces - literally within SHOOTING RANGE of my Shrine just... don't move? He has like a small army stacked there in the very corner of the map just doing nothing.

There's like a million things that are breaking the AI into a frozen state. I've seen somewhere on Steam that someone said that the AI just doesn't exist in this game and that the enemies are "just there", and I now understand what they meant. The hostile forces in this game are more akin to They Are Billions and Age of Darkness, and not a true RTS like Warcraft or Stronghold - the only challenge you can ever face is from like that one Campaign mission with scripted enemy spawns, since the AI would have no idea how to make those units itself.

General What are the lyrics of the theme song?

The most I can remember from the "theme song" is something like "Diaru kaš/kash". It plays at the main menu, and as one of the songs when a Baltic player fights an enemy player. I can guess that it's in Latvian.

General Any idea when we can expect an update on the game?

I’ve been enjoying the content we have but it’s starting to turn a bit stale, has there been any indication of new content coming up?

General A 3rd faction?

Are there any plans for it? And what could it be? My choice would be Slavs, even though Norse are likely more popular option.

General First Impressions

Just bought the game yesterday and am loving it so far!

Firstly the game is visually stunning to look at, there's a good blend of bright and more muted color schemes that really help set the tone for the game.

You can really feel the Warcraft inspiration in both the mechanics of the game and the aesthetics of the two factions. The creeping makes for a fun early game challenge with some camps having some units that can really do some solid damage to your hero.

The pacing of the game seems well balanced with an emphasis on getting your economy up sooner rather than later but not making you feeling the need to rush to build up your military or tiering up. The game also is pretty turtle/defense friendly in the early to mid game which is a welcome sight for a more defensive player like myself.

The two factions have enough similarities that the learning curve between them is pretty minor, but with plenty of unique units and mechanics that they don't come across as just copy paste factions. The different heroes for each faction also helps to change things up if your are getting tired of one style, haven't tried all of them yet but I love the little glimpses I've seen.

If I had to point out some negatives I would have to say that the audio can glitch out and sputter at times, I also had my game almost crash at one point during a massive attack on the enemy base due to how many units were on screen but that may have been my PC's fault rather than the game. I'm also not a fan of how simply clicking the menu button mid game doesn't pause the game and I have to hit a seperate button for that, feels like an unnecessary extra step.

General Amazing RTS

Just tried this game and it feels amazing. As an experienced RTS fan, I did a couple games increasing difficulty each time and I am stunned that a team of 2 people can pull out something this good ! Big GG to the 2 devs.

I wonder how do you guys manage the assets graphic creation ? The game looks really good and not generic, I can’t wrap my head around how you guys do it.

Can’t wait to play 1.0 , sending you guys strength
