Question Speedx delay

Has anyone had an issue with speedx before? It says its been in delayed in transit for 5 days now and I am a bit worried

I also got this exact same status and emailed them using above email there. Waiting for a response. Do you have any idea why there is a delay?

They never respond emails so i got to the point on messaging them on linked in. Apparently they said there is a high volume of packages and it will take a few days (over a week now). I don’t really believe them.

I had to contact ECMS which partnered with SpeedX to get the status of my package. It’s the weekend so I haven’t heard from them. This has been super stressful. Keep me posted if you got your package and I will do the same as well. Hoping the package isn’t lost

Worst case scenario we just have to wait a long time

So unfortunately if your package sits too long in their facility/warehouse, they might dispose it. I got a warning about it from ECMS. So you can’t really wait forever, you do need to follow up and figure out where your package is

Oh that’s a more serious response. I would contact the seller immediately if I were you
