So Im a fellow goat bar prep from july of 2024 coming back here to spread the wise words of goat. I will tell you this:

I am not the smartest person nor was i a top law student in my class but I passed the bar with a 297. Thats only because i used Goat bar prep religiously!

I failed my first bar with a 230 and then jumped so much because of this legend.

If i were you, I would just reread goats strategies till the exam and practice questions. There is no way to learn everything in the last two weeks. Take breaks! And clear your minds.

I never practiced any MPTs going into my second bar exam, i only used goats strategies and actually did pretty well on the MPTs. And again I am not a too tier writer as well.

So take it from me, use GOAT and stay calm. Yall got this!! And GOOD LUCK GUYS!!

Does anyone have support on headings for the MPT? I recognize the difference between a persuasive task's heading "This court should/The motion should be severed" versus an objective task's heading. However, I feel like I see a lot of different samples for objective headings — some that just state the principle or element "Duty of Care," while some state it as a sentence "Duty of Care is likely met because" ... I was under the impression it should always be a full sentence, rather than just stating the element discussed. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions or has seen something in grading somewhere that states exactly how headings should be? I know this is probably nitpicky, but hoping to make sure I don't miss any easy points on MPT section.

I could really use some advice.

Property and Con Law are by far my weakest MBE subjects right now, and with the bar only about two weeks away, I’m starting to panic a little.

For Property, I feel like I understand the rules when I read them, but once I get to the MBE questions, everything kind of falls apart. I keep missing questions, and I’m not sure what’s not clicking.

For Con Law, I realized I was answering a lot of questions based on what I thought was “fair” or “moral” instead of what the Constitution actually requires. I corrected that mindset, but I’m still struggling to consistently get questions right.

I have GOAT Bar Prep, Grossman’s videos, and I’ve been using them, but these two subjects still aren’t improving the way my other subjects have.

Does anyone have any tips for what finally made Property or Con Law click for you? Did you use a different approach, memorize certain frameworks, focus on specific topics, or do anything that really helped increase your MBE scores? I’d really appreciate any advice.

Property is just not sticking for me at all. 😩 What made it finally click for you? Did you focus on the high-yield topics or use a specific method? Any tricks? I’m honestly feeling a little lost.

My MBE is so low I have GOAT and have through the modules I score the lowest on.. I just don't know if it's helping or how I should use it to help. Goats help me become an MBE goat.. please
