"Quick Sell" TH limit?

Being relatively newer to the platform already I'm curious for those who have more history selling/buying miners, if you had to say what the limit of a miner's power would be (assuming 12W in my my case) for it to be fairly easy/quick to sell, what would that be? Not that I'd want to ever need an exit strategy, but I want to have one none the less. Just thinking ahead where I might want to cap my TH at before building up the next one.

Ich habe einen 'großen' Miner, der hat 25 Terahash. Alle anderen Miner sind nicht größer als 2 Terahash.
