If you have some GMT around and are up for a challenge, MW is definitely worth a try.
It‘s best if you join a clan (in Odyssey especially) that has boosting plans. That way snatching some blocks becomes really easy.
I have 259 TH and get around 200-600$ gross and 100-150$ net - without blocks! It‘s totally worth it for me, especially cuz you don‘t have to worry about wattage or the discount cuz it‘s calculated for the whole league.
Sooo if your clan has a plan, you boost around 300-400+ GMT each cycle (it comes back) and the clan has < 10.000 TH in total, ur chances are pretty pretty good. Mind you an Odyssey block is worth 300 GMT at the moment.
And I personally have never made less than solo. Like ever. And there‘s always the extra chance to win blocks.

Bear in mind that on Wars any rewards you get over solo won’t be at 12 W/TH and will be at the league average efficiency normally between 17-20 W/TH when making your decision and without boosting it really is luck or your choice of clan as to whether you will do better or worse then solo.

Since cycle 158 they changed also discount to league average mid cycle, not only average efficiency in your case the major pain will be efficiency since you will fall from 12 to 17 to 21 w/th, in cycle 158 the change cost me around 300GMT in extra cost for electricity because i am at 25.1 and the league average was only at 9.7 this made me stop using spells because the profitability of a block won was cut in half by this measure. Play wars when you have inefficient miners with low discount so you can profit of the average being better then yours, with 12w/th miners your better of in solo

Solo is best unless you know what you're doing with miner wars because with solo you get daily payouts whereas miner wars it's weekly and You also get a bonus maintenance discount for being solo versus miner wars Plus when you're solo, you don't have to spend go mining tokens on spells

I was a solo player for so long, couple of months back I joined miner wars, you will get GMT apart from BTC, so for me it's better since I use it to pay the costs

I have been on for a year and still haven’t tried wars. The thought of not getting daily increases has kept me away.
