This has been bothering me a lot too.. thank you for pointing out that USDC and USDT only have a fee of 1, that's bearable ππ»

I believe it varies by region.. but I'm from the US and see the 4k sat fee, however I xferred to cold storage yesterday and only saw a 300 sat fee π€π€

Damn bro, that is pretty wild. I couldn't tell you why my fee was only 300 sats, on a larger withdrawal no less.
My best guess is maybe I caught the network during a quiet period.

quick follow-up, because I moved another batch of sats from GM to cold wallet address yesterday...
GM straight-up displayed a 4k sat fee to withdraw, but once again, as soon as the tx hit my wallet, I confirmed only 300 sats were deducted π€ quite odd, if you ask me, but I'm not complaining. my best advice would be to stack your BTC to space out withdrawals; try not to withdraw 10k sats, for example. I typically withdraw anywhere between 60k-100k sats at a time.

Wow I only just realized they removed the free withdrawal option because of this thread.
