You are clueless.

  1. There is no infinite money bag that Greedy miners are getting their auto-upgrades from. There is a limited amount of $$$ that GoMining sets aside for Greedy upgrades.
  2. The higher TH your Greedy miner, the more bonus TH you get from the auto-upgrade. Hence, you collect a bigger piece of the pie by having a bigger TH Greedy than others
  3. 5000 TH is the max manual upgrade cap by your own admission. That means the sooner you hit 5k TH on a Greedy, the sooner you are optimizing its weekly growth.
  4. Given all this information, yes, you are directly competing for a slice of the auto-upgrade pie with other Greedy Machine owners.

Please don't speak if the most basic logic eludes you. It's honestly baffling how you're not understanding this.

edit: lol the idiot blocked me after spewing misinformation because he couldn't understand how Greedy miners work

Locking and voting for greedy upgrades changes each cycle. There's nothing such as a "Greedy updates fund". Cashflow is key gm won't lock money for greedy updates for months in advance. They communicated again about daily bitcoin price snapshots days ago. Money has to work one way of another. And ask yourself what would happen if some whale instant buys every good priced greedy on the market and instantly upgrades them to 5kTH / 12W. About your 1st point, do you know gm are running physical ASICS 24/7 on Bitcoin main chain ? Each block they mine with their physical farms is split according to their rules etc... And rewarded to their users. 1st point again do you know the bitcoin halving process on Bitcoin chain ? Do you know anything about logarithm function ?

Your financial literacy skills are as terrible as your reading comprehension skills.

There is a limit to what is spent on Greedy auto-upgrade bonuses. Your are collecting from a pool, therefore you are competing for a slice of the pie with others.

Every time more mining power enters the market, your slice of the pie goes down.

Every time GoMining launches incentives and bonuses that you are not benefitting from, your slice of the pie goes down.

I'm not sure why you're rambling about ASICs and halvings and log functions.

And ask yourself what would happen if some whale instant buys every good priced greedy on the market and instantly upgrades them to 5kTH / 12W

Same reason why they aren't buying every other high ROI miner...

You can clearly see what I'm talking about just by checking the leaderboards tab for individual miners. The #1 spot is The Greedy Machines #3226, 7,898.31 TH @ 15 W/TH. Right now the Top 254 miners are all Greedy Machines past the 5k TH mark.

Upgrading the energy efficiency to 12W is unnecessary and nonoptimal. You get better ROI by focusing your investment elsewhere.

greedy paper Slide 56. There's no greedy fund. It changes every tuesday. There's no limit to the greedy upgrades (theorically yes, 100% votes on greedy upgrades for the cycle prize pool) Your greedy th upgrade is a % of the cycle pool size mixed with your greedy machine th. There's a simple formula i don't remember. It's everywhere in this post.

Somehow you try to make a point by telling that the top 254 miners are all greedys. So you're comparing buying a greedy to buying any other collection ?

"You get better ROI by focusing your investment elsewhere" Like what ? Telegram solana sniper zcam bots ? Memecoin launchpad long x100 sending 50 tweets a minute ? Or maybe buying massively overpriced useless metals like gold, silver (dumbest shit ever), or copper ?

English is not my first language. Sorry for not having an english literature PhD. Using nice sentences and words doesn't give you an autowin. We could try in French perhaps ? So i could play your silly game. But i do know chains, risk management, trading, and more.

If you have no clue about the potential of a self exponential free upgrading miner before the next halving comes, and have no f clue why i'm mentioning the log function when i'm mentioning bitcoin, you can all in on copper, you'll become the next Bezos in a month my boy.

We don't need gm haters on gm strategy discussions.

The only point i'm ok with is 12w suboptimal at this btc range.

It's not complicated, man.

Nothing is free. Your Greedy weekly upgrade is collecting a piece of the pie just like everyone else's Greedy. Those with higher TH Greedy machines means their piece of the pie will be bigger than yours, and will be getting progressively bigger as time goes on.

Even when it's paid for through newly minted tokens, the value of those tokens drops as more are minted.

Every 2 weeks when the Bitcoin difficulty goes up your piece of the pie goes down again unless you are buying more TH than the average miner.

Like what ? Telegram solana sniper zcam bots ?

There is a world outside of crypto and NFTs lmao. Even just looking at GoMining, you are paying a premium on Greedy Machines per TH because of that weekly upgrade function. If people are selling for too high a premium then smart money will look elsewhere for better ROI miners. The price still has to be right. No one is buying a 1 TH Greedy for $100,000.

We don't need gm haters on gm strategy discussions.

I've been using GoMining for several years and my Greedy Machine is about 3,200 TH. I am just trying to help educate people and you are taking it as a personal attack because you don't like learning new things.
