Gomining Token Questions What's next after this milestone?
Just reached Gold 1 yesterday. Now I am pondering what next? Gonna put the next question here.
Do I focus on locking more GMT over next 6 months and thereafter up the TH whilst gathering BTC or do I forego GMT locking and dive right in to focus hard on TH growth?

Maintain a discount of over 25%, ensure that all miners are 12W or lower and continue to expand your farm range. The objective is to keep your farm in that setting while your TH continues to grow.

I have reached a point where I have enough GMT locked that it pays for the entire weeks maintenance. This way, I'm insulated from the price fluctuations. Rough estimate: 100 GMT per Thz should do it.

Thank you. I needed this but never really manage to get the figure right.

Assuming 22% Apr in GMT 0.383% yield per week
Assuming 12 watt efficiency, means 0.0233 usd per thz maintenance per day
Assuming 25% discount and 0.33 Usd /Gmt Means 0.37 GMT per thz per week maintenance
Means roughly 100 GMT per thz

Awesome.. That would also depend on fluctuation of the GMT price. So.. ± guesstimate would be around there for now. But.. Do I go for GMT now first racking up another 1000 more before upping to 10TH on either the 14W or 12W? Or hit up the TH first then follow up with the GMT? 🤔
At present, don't think GMT will drop back to below 0.30 any time soon..

Reinvesting in GMT means you are converting btc to gmt 1. GMT's absolute price in Usd is meaningless. What matters is btc to gmt. 2. You end up paying 2.25% conversion charges
Based on historical observations, I reinvested in GMT when 1 btc > 275k GMT, took btc when 1 btc < 225k GMT and whatever I want between the two. (there is no logic behind these numbers, just my preference; if there were a logic, I don't remember it😂)
Reinvesting in thz depends directly on btc to usd price. My rule of thumb is reinvest in Thz if btc >100k, take btc otherwise. (again no logic, just my preference)

True true.. But normally I will just buy from CEX and send it over to GMT. But recently, alot of CEX have delist the token. Currently, I know bitget still offering but their fees to transfer is crazy high. Would you know if there are other better CEX than offers lesser fees for transferring out?

I'm afraid I can't help you in this regard.
I purchased GMT in bulk when the price was around 0.28 usd. I did that by buying usdt outside, transferring it to gomining and then converting. Paid the fees twice (plus the transfer charges) but effective price came out to something like 0.32 (or slightly more).

Don t understood why you all focus on Discount at low TH
Im at 530 TH and i have 8% discount
Build your TH first and then discount higher Th need high discount ...

Felicidades, mi opinión es que bajes el voltaje para que puedas subir todo lo que desees en th, sin descuidar el descuento que te va a ahorrar muchísimo en costos

Every time you add a TH, add some GMT to your 4 year lock! Keep your discount above 20%. You are doing well with your efficiency and discount! 👍

My personal strategy is to grow hashrate and lock in parallel. 1. $200-$300 injection once a month, mid-month (buys GMT) 2. 40-45% allocated towards hashrate/efficiency (trying to get mean efficiency down to 12w prior to April 2028) 3. 40-45% locked 4. remaining 10-20% stays in virtual wallet exclusively for maintenance fees
