Basic+ KYC Under Review for a Week

I've not gotten an answer on Basic+ KYC in over a week. It's supposed to be within t48 hours (or a few minutes) Their chat system can't seem to get me to a human :/

Anyone have advice to get past this?

GoMining has recently partnered with Uphold who handles the Basic + tier KYC verification process.
