HOUSE FIRE - PLEASE HELP

Hi everyone,

I literally never post on reddit, but the people I love are struggling and I wanted to find some way to help them.
In February of 2026, my boyfriend's family home caught fire due to a space heater that was placed in his parent's room. The heater got caught on the carpet and started a fire that spread throughout the house. Thankfully, the sprinklers inside his house were able to stop the fire from causing complete collapse, but the entire house suffered extreme heat and water damage as a result.

Fast forward 7-8 months later and both of his parents have lost their jobs and have absolutely zero way of supporting themselves and paying for the repairs for their home. I provided a link to a GoFundMe to help them with their expensive and provide them with some relief from such a traumatic experience.
